* land CVS patch on bug 629256
* land CVS patch on bug 650933
* email mirrors about upcoming releases (I am avoiding it since we don't know yet if the date is going to slip but I guess we could have a disclaimer)

To keep bug 629256 (disable mac only minor updates for ml, te) and bug 650933 (disable MU updates for as, ka, oc) we need to:

1. Disable patcher-configs bump for minor and major updates
2. Disable update verify bump for minor and major updates
3. Patch patcher-configs for minor and major updates (for build3)
4. Patch update verify configs for minor and major updates (for build3)

Patches incoming.
